Each month in 2021, a Keynote will be presented at The Clyde Theatre on the United Front topic of the month. Executive leadership teams are encouraged to attend in-person or livestream. Recorded Keynotes will be available for all participants. Keynotes will last between 60-90 minutes. Monthly Topics are:

Role-Specific Virtual Sessions
Each Month in 2021, a Zoom session will dive deeper into the topic of the month. Participants will be assigned to one of six different role-specific virtual sessions based upon their responsibilities in their organization. Note: Participant must complete viewing of the recorded Keynote before gaining access to their role-specific virtual session. Each session will be recorded and the recording will be available soon after the completion of the session. Virtual sessions will last between 60-90 minutes.
People Leader Virtual Sessions - designed for hiring managers, organizational leaders, human resource professionals, and others in leadership
Education Virtual Sessions - designed for individuals in the education field - early childhood education, K-12, higher education, etc.
Criminal Justice Virtual Sessions - designed for individuals working directly in or with the criminal justice system
Front Line Virtual Sessions - designed for individuals interacting directly with the public
Community Virtual Sessions - designed for individuals who are part of the community
Diversity & Inclusion Leads Virtual Sessions - designed for professionals and volunteers involved in D&I work inside an organization
