  • How long should I allocate on my calendar for United Front sessions? Will there be calendar appointments sent for the required sessions?

    The keynotes and virtual role-specific sessions will run between 60-90 minutes. The learning management software United Front uses does not send calendar invitations. However, you can set those on your personal calendar or create your own calendar invitation for your work group by reviewing the dates and times of the events on the calendar tab of the website.

  • I am getting a message that I have prerequisite work to complete. How can I join the live learning event?

    It is important to review your course work before a live learning event. Each time there will surveys, case studies, etc. that will need to be completed within your online course before a live event. If those items are not completed within the learning management tool you will not be allowed access to the live event and will need to make time to watch the recording.

  • What email communication can I expect from United Front?

    Once you are enrolled in United Front you will receive a welcome email to complete your profile set up and an email that clarifies your virtual role-specific session assignment. After those initial emails you will be sent reminder emails, usually a day or two before an upcoming event or learning opportunity, reminding you of the event and any prerequisite work that needs to be completed prior to a learning opportunity.

  • How long will I have access to the keynote and virtual session recordings?

    The keynotes and virtual session recordings will remain available throughout the entire year so you or your team can revisit a subject matter at any time.

  • When will virtual session recordings become available?

    United Front will make those recording available through the learning management tool in the afternoon following each session.

  • Can I participate as an individual?

    We highly recommend it! To get registered please email David Nicole at davidmnicole@gmail.com. Individual registration costs $150.

  • I deleted/lost/never got my United Front welcome email. How can I access my courses?

    Please contact your organization’s United Front champion and they will submit an email for support on your behalf or for those of you without an organization lead you can email support directly at davidmnicole@gmail.com. A personalized link can be shared with you to set up your profile and gain access to your courses.

  • I am having trouble viewing the recorded sessions. What can I do?

    There are multiple reasons this could be happening. Please make sure your organization’s firewall allows access to video recordings or can allow you access. Also, try using the Firefox browser for web links as this seems to be the most compatible with the learning management tool.

  • Help! I forgot my password. How can I get into my account?

    Please contact your organization’s United Front champion and they will submit an email for support on your behalf or for those of you without an organization lead you can email support directly at davidmnicole@gmail.com. The United Front team will offer you access with a temporary password for logging in.
