United Front 2022 Vision and Direction

After a successful launch to United Front in 2021, United Front will go both deeper and broader in 2022.

Community and Organizations

We have heard YOUR voice. We are now offering a variety of ways to engage with United Front Content.

United Front Core Content - Through our recorded sessions, participants and organizations will be introduced to the concept of Shared Humanity. They will have the opportunity to view 12 recorded keynotes and engage in dialogue through case studies and discussion questions.

United Front Continuing Education - Participants will engage in new content through quarterly keynotes and workshops.

United Front DEIB Lead Certification - United Front's High level training offers an intensive 3-month training for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) leads.

United Front Organizational Accreditation - United Front's Organizational Accreditation will provide public acknowledgement for organizations meeting specific criteria that further Shared Humanity.

United Front Christian Faith

In working with pastors across the community, United Front will be providing churches the opportunity to equip their parishioners for a thoughtful journey of racial healing, reconciliation, and unification.

United Front Christian Faith's Mission is to: provide the body of Christ with the space of grace to experience Christ's perspective on race by education and equipping believers for the journey of healing, reconciliation, and unification through sacrificial love.

United Front Youth

By working with educators throughout the community, United Front is working to determine how to provide a safe place to discuss race, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and with young people.

United Front National

The success of United Front has garnered national attention. The United Front team is working to create the infrastructure and program architecture to be replicated in communities throughout the country.
